Sound familiar?
When servers become the risk.
Servers rarely fail without warning. Most problems trace back to sizing, setup or maintenance decisions made years earlier.
Out of warranty, out of support
The main server is years old, past vendor support and nobody wants to touch it.
One box runs everything
Files, ERP, email relay and logons all depend on a single physical server.
Storage is always full or slow
Users wait on every save and space runs out every few months.
Power and heat problems
The room overheats or the UPS cannot cover the load.
Nobody watches at night
A failed disk or backup job goes unnoticed until it becomes an outage.
Cloud costs keep growing
Workloads moved to the cloud without a plan cost more than expected.
The server lifecycle
Plan, build, run, protect, scale.
Twelve focused services organised by where you are in the life of your servers. Start at any stage.

Server decisions, explained calmly.
The questions we help clients answer most often, before anything is bought.
Repair, refresh or replace?
An older server is not automatically a replacement. The answer depends on support status, performance headroom and how critical it is.
Sensible for a single failed part on a supported, adequately sized server.
Add memory, faster disks or a newer OS when the hardware still has life.
The right call when support has ended or the workload has outgrown the platform.
Tip: check the vendor end-of-support date before investing in upgrades.
Physical or virtual?
Virtualisation separates workloads from hardware, so you run fewer boxes and recover faster.
Simple for one dedicated workload with special hardware needs.
Best for most business workloads: flexible, easier to back up and move.
Compute and storage combined in a cluster, managed as one.
Tip: size hosts so one can fail and the others still carry the load.
Choosing a hypervisor
VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V and Proxmox VE all run business workloads well. The differences are in features, skills and licensing.
Mature, feature-rich and widely supported by vendors.
Included with Windows Server and familiar to Windows teams.
Open-source with clustering, optional paid support.
Tip: compare only the features you will actually use.
Uptime vs recovery
High availability and backup are different tools. One keeps you running, the other brings data back.
Survives hardware failure with automatic failover.
Recovers from deletion, corruption and ransomware.
Restores operations at another site or in the cloud.
Tip: define how long you can be down and how much data you can lose, per system.
On-premises, hybrid or cloud
There is no single right answer. Each workload has a natural home based on cost pattern, latency and data rules.
Steady workloads and local, latency-sensitive systems.
A mix with one identity, backup and monitoring.
Variable demand, new projects and offsite recovery.
Tip: review cloud costs monthly from day one.
How we work
One team across the whole lifecycle.
The same engineers who design your servers can install, monitor and recover them, so nothing is lost between stages.
Assess
We review your servers, storage, power and workloads.
Design
We specify hardware, platform and resilience options.
Build
We install, configure and migrate with rollback plans.
Run
We monitor, patch and maintain under an SLA.
Evolve
We plan upgrades, cloud moves and expansions.

FAQ
Questions clients ask us.
Have a different question? A specialist will reply on WhatsApp.

Not necessarily today, but you should have a plan. We check support status, health and capacity, then recommend whether to keep, refresh or replace it, and when.
Yes. Most of our server work is for small and mid-sized businesses. We scale every recommendation to your size and budget.
Yes. We start with discovery and documentation, secure admin access properly and stabilise things before suggesting any changes.
Yes. We are vendor-neutral and work with the major server brands, choosing what suits each project.
Rarely everything. We assess each workload and recommend the best place for it, which is often a hybrid of local servers and cloud services.
With a monitoring and support plan, alerts reach our engineers, who act according to the agreed SLA, remotely or on site.
We are based in Khobar and serve the Eastern Province and clients across KSA, combining remote support with site visits.
Send us a message or request a consultation. We usually begin with a short call and a review of your current servers.
